We take the proposed product ideas and evaluate their validity and potential, selecting the most promising ideas to proceed with.

We unleash our team of inventors on our most promising concepts, capturing their IP to secure strong patent(s). These patents are held in Source Venture Studio LLC until chosen as the foundation for a new startup.

Once the patents are selected, our designers begin creating the brand identity. This early-stage development further inspires its growth and brings the new startup to life.

We form the new startup company to advance the technology in preparation for market launch. At this stage, we transfer all related IP to the new company.

SVS commits its resources to ready the startup for financing. We compile pro forma financial projections and build an investor deck to secure seed financing from our network of investors.

Our development team works with the startup to create a proof-of-concept prototype and a minimum viable product.
